Northwest Cascade, Inc. — Home of Honey Bucket is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist at the entry level to join our Credit team in Puyallup, WA.

This on-site, full-time role starts with a pay range of $19–$21 per hour and involves processing payments, mail duties, and maintaining accurate account records. No degree or prior AR experience is required—we will train the right candidate who shows attention to detail and a customer-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Enter electronic, credit card, and check payments accurately into customer accounts.
• Pick up, sort, and distribute mail.
• Keep payment records and paperwork organized and confidential.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Support the Credit team with routine office tasks and direct account questions to the appropriate team member.
