Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an entry-level accounts receivable professional to support cash application, reconciliations, collections, and financial reporting.

You will apply foundational accounting knowledge under supervision while developing expertise in AR systems and controls. Responsibilities include applying customer payments, researching discrepancies, and assisting with month-end close, audits, and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Experience with accounting, collections, and/or account reconciliations preferred.
• Knowledge of AR processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments, credits, adjustments, and other transactions to appropriate accounts.
• Perform routine reconciliations of AR subledger activity, cash receipts, and related GL accounts.
• Monitor aging balances and communicate with internal partners and customers to resolve discrepancies and support collections.
• Compile information for month-end close, journal entries, audit requests, and recurring reports.
