Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a highly motivated Accountant III for the Refined Products Commodity Accounting team. You will manage all aspects of refined products accounting from contract review to tracking movements and processing invoices, with close collaboration with trading, scheduling and treasury.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and experience with AR/AP.
• Experience with financial accounting, reporting standards, budgets.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze finance, billing, accounting, and taxation methodologies and prepare detailed reports.
• Perform volumetric tracking, margin analysis, COGS calculations, intercompany activity, billing and cash forecasting.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in development of finance programs.
• Collaborate with government/regulatory agencies, auditors, management on accounting procedures and tax reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and regulatory requirements.
