Qualifications

• Knowledge of AR processes, cash application, billing, and internal controls.
• Ability to research discrepancies and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments, credits, and other transactions to customer accounts.
• Perform routine reconciliations of AR subledger activity and cash receipts.
• Monitor aging balances and coordinate with internal partners and customers.
• Prepare month-end close information and recurring reports.
• Collaborate with commercial, credit, treasury, customer service, and accounting teams.
