• Daily Accounting Functions: Balance general ledger accounts, process journal entries, and verify proper account coding.
• Reconciliation Responsibilities: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Accounts Payable Support: Process invoices, ensure proper approvals, and maintain vendor records.
• Financial Reporting Support: Compile monthly reports and assist with management and board reporting.
• Operations and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with procedures, protect sensitive information, and support audits.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accounting files and archive records per policy.
• Team Support: Assist other Accounting staff and participate in cross-training.
