Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on outstanding invoices over 90 days old.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets with client and matter details.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve unpaid invoices.
• Contact clients and insurance adjusters to resolve payment issues.
• Provide accounts receivable and financial data to management.
