Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable, including invoice entry, vendor reconciliation, and payment preparation.
• Support project costing by tracking and allocating costs to active projects.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices with purchasing/receiving.
• Take on a variety of special projects and tasks as needed.
