Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn dealership accounting systems and processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills; familiarity with Excel recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and vendor payment processing.
• Enter invoices, receipts, reimbursements, and other financial information.
• Review accounting documents for accuracy and missing information.
• Assist with vendor statement, invoice, and cash receipt reconciliations.
• Help prepare deposits and routine accounting reports.
• Support vehicle inventory accounting and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical records.
• Use spreadsheets and accounting systems to complete assigned tasks.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve routine discrepancies.
• Provide backup support for accounting and administrative functions.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Our accounting team supports dealership operations by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring daily accounting tasks are completed correctly and on time.

About the Role

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Accounting, finance, or bookkeeping coursework is helpful but not required
• Relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal coursework

Schedule and Work Environment

• Full‑time position
• Office‑based environment with regular computer and accounting‑system use

Compensation

$18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
