Responsibilities
- Apply incoming payments for events and tours to the appropriate accounts.
- Process settlements based on agent-provided figures.
- Issue client payments and generate corresponding reports.
- Update and maintain financial tracking systems for deposits and settlements.
- Follow up on pending booking reports and input data into the system.
- Ensure all payments have proper supporting documentation.
- Respond to agent and coordinator requests for financial details.
- Investigate and resolve held or unclaimed payments.
- Organize and file accounting records in a timely manner.
- Support system improvements and process enhancements.
Qualifications
- At least one year of accounting experience, preferably in entertainment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM and use a 10-key keypad.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive work ethic.
