Responsibilities

• Prepares seven bank account reconciliations and administers the Workday reconciliation system.
• Provides assistance related to university-issued checks and Unclaimed Property reporting.
• Coordinates drawdowns from the State Treasurer's Office and monitors petty cash.
• Audits internal billings and cost transfers for propriety and completeness.
• Prepares accruals, closing entries, GASB 35 entries, and footnotes for year-end reporting.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director.
