Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare seven bank reconciliations for LSU system campuses and manage the University's Workday reconciliation system.
• Monitor clearing accounts and balance monthly; adjust at year-end.
• Process monthly cash journal entries for electronic deposits on behalf of university departments and other LSU System campuses.
• Assist with state cash reporting, including ACT 587 report.
• Audit internal billings, cost transfers, and accruals; support EIBs and journal corrections in Workday.
