Luther Nissan Kia in Minnesota is seeking an accounting/receivables associate to support the Sales Department and manage daily accounting tasks. You will enter new vehicle inventory data, post purchases, and handle dealer trades in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process paperwork from the Sales Department.
• Enter new vehicle inventory data from manufacturers.
• Post vehicle purchases and process dealer trades.
• Handle daily deposits and maintain fuel purchase logs.
• Present information clearly to customers or dealership staff.
• Produce reports and logs and perform other accounting tasks as needed.

$17.00-20.00/hour paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Receive and process paperwork from the Sales Department
• New vehicle inventory data entry from manufacturers
• Post vehicle purchases
• Process new vehicle dealer trades
• Process daily deposit
• Effectively present information to customers or dealership personnel
• Maintain reports and/or logs of dealership fuel purchases
• Work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere
• Ability to multitask
• Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements, as assigned
