Job summary

Bradford Systems is seeking an entry-level Accountant to join our hybrid team in the United States. You will support day-to-day accounting activities, generate financial reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, GAAP compliance, and the use of ERP and AI-enabled tools to optimize workflows. The position offers a full-time schedule with hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to grow technical proficiency in accounting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
Experience in corporate or SMB accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems; familiarity with AI tools.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Bonus: experience in equipment, storage-solutions, construction, or related industries.

Responsibilities

Transactions: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements and various management reports.
Reconciliations: Reconcile bank, balance sheet, and general ledger accounts.
Closing Activities: Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Analysis: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
