Job summary

DERSE INC is seeking an Associate Account Manager to provide administrative support to an assigned sales and account team in the Las Vegas area. This entry-level role trains candidates with little to no experience in Exhibit Industry or Account Management and offers a path to build skills in client management and project coordination.

Responsibilities include supporting planning, production, invoicing, and field installations, with opportunities to travel and participate in client status

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field; or Associate degree with 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong organization skills; able to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office applications; proven ability to generate reports and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages accounts with limited annual budgets and supports other account leaders.
• Participates in weekly client status meetings and maintains account tools and charge-out goals.
• Proactively supports planning, design, and production; defines budgets, timelines and holds stakeholders accountable.
• Supports invoicing and accounts receivable processes including change orders and variance reporting.
• Ensures payment of outstanding invoices and resolves issues to ensure timely payment.
