Position Overview

Titan Strategy Group is seeking a motivated and professional Entry-Level Account Manager to join our team in Akron, Ohio. This position focuses on customer relations, account support, and direct, face-to-face customer interactions.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, have strong communication skills, and are interested in gaining experience in customer service, sales, and account management.

Previous account management experience is not required. We provide structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and ongoing support to help new team members develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role.
