Job summary

RJ Young is seeking an Account Executive - Tier 1 in Tupelo, MS to drive revenue growth through daily prospecting and expanding an existing customer base. This entry-level outside sales role covers the full sales cycle and lays the foundation for career advancement.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., focusing on equipment solutions and professional development within a professional office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily within assigned territory to generate new sales opportunities.
• Maintain, upgrade, and expand existing customer relationships.
• Plan and manage daily activities, territory strategy, and database accuracy.
• Demonstrate equipment and improve demo and presentation skills.
• Conduct needs assessments, qualifications, proposals, and QBRs.
• Present and close sales opportunities.
• Manage customer conflicts and objections professionally.
• Complete required paperwork, reporting, and forecasting.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
