Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and Account Directors with day-to-day client service activities.
• Assist with project coordination, timelines, schedules, and status updates.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare meeting notes, recaps, and follow-up documentation.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments including creative, media, digital, PR, production, and web development.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with proposal preparation, presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.
• Support quality control and review processes before deliverables are sent to clients.
• Maintain organized project records, files, and documentation.
• Facilitate extraordinary communication across all project stakeholders.
• Learn client businesses, industries, objectives, and marketing strategies.
