• Detail-oriented and organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to support Account Management with client communication and account management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support team-level coordination across strategy, creative, digital, and execution.
• Communicate weekly agendas, notes, deadlines, and priority shifts clearly.
• Maintain momentum and accountability with clear documentation and proactive coordination.
• Support use and upkeep of Monday.com boards, HubFlo portals, SharePoint/Drive folders, and documentation repositories.
• Provide proactive client follow-up and clarification outside of meetings.
• Serve as continuity partner on accounts, tracking active initiatives and evolving priorities.
• Assist in transitions when accounts shift pods or team members to preserve context.
• Contribute to client reporting, ensuring accurate data and meaningful context.
• Help document workflows and improve processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and execution.
