Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations. This entry point role offers paid training, flexible part-time hours, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in families' lives.

No prior experience required; training through the 40-hour RBT course is provided. You will join a supportive clinical team, document session data, and collaborate with families to reinforce positive behavior

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
Patience and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
