Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to support clients in homes and community settings. You will deliver ABA services one-on-one, implement plans, and record data, collaborating with a robust clinical team.

Paid training is provided, with part-time opportunities and pathways for advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships. Flexible scheduling and referral bonuses are offered to join our mission with children who have Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Act as part of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
