Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Looking to hire candidates who will commit to 6 months.
• Experience in education or early childhood development is a plus.
• Paid training is provided if no experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
