Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking an entry-level RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support independence and behavior goals under supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions and collaborating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as part of the clinical team; implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
