Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children with Autism develop independence and positive behaviors.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided and the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is required to start. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours and a supportive clinical team dedicated to outcomes.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes and community locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a member of the clinical team for skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
