Job summary

Fraser is seeking a dedicated paraprofessional to work 1:1 with young children (ages 2–7) in ABA therapy in Minnesota. You will implement evidence-based goals, collect data, and support skill development through engaging activities.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided at full pay. Strong communication with families and a commitment to inclusion are essential. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in childcare or mental health is a plus but not required.
• Passion for working with children, especially with autism.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 2 to 7 in a clinical or center-based setting using ABA techniques.
• Implement and track progress on therapeutic goals; collect data.
• Engage children through play, movement, singing, reading activities to build skills.
• Communicate progress and feedback with families, team, and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating therapy space.
