Job summary

Fraser in Minnesota is seeking caring individuals to support children with autism and developmental needs in our clinical or center-based setting. You will work 1:1 with children ages 2 to 7, applying evidence-based ABA techniques, tracking progress, and helping them develop skills like communication and self-care while collaborating with families and the Fraser team.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, child development, or related field preferred.
• Experience in childcare, mental health, or as a paraprofessional is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder.
• Reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 2 to 7 years old in a clinical or center-based environment, applying evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Implement and track progress on therapeutic goals, collect data, and engage in activities that help children develop essential skills.
• Foster a positive and engaging environment with children through play, movement, singing, reading, and more!
• Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors to share progress and feedback.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating therapy space.
