Job summary

Fraser, Minnesota’s leader in autism, mental health, and disability services, is hiring para-professionals to work 1:1 with children aged 2 to 7 in a center-based setting. You will apply evidence-based ABA techniques, track progress on goals, and support families with regular communication.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
• Experience: Previous childcare, mental health, or paraprofessional experience is a plus.
• Passion: Love for working with children, especially with autism spectrum disorder and developmental challenges.
• Other: Reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 2 to 7 in a clinical/center setting using ABA techniques.
• Implement and track progress on therapeutic goals and collect data.
• Engage in activities that develop social, communication, self-care and safety skills.
• Maintain a clean, safe, stimulating therapy space and communicate progress with families and supervisors.
