Job summary

Fraser seeks dedicated helpers to work 1:1 with children ages 2–7 in clinical/center settings, applying evidence-based ABA techniques. You’ll implement goals, collect data, and engage kids in activities that build social, communication, and self-care skills.

Training is provided for those new to the field, with paid weeks to get up to speed. We offer flexible hours (Mon–Fri, no nights/weekends), competitive pay, full benefits, tuition support, and ongoing career development.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: Previous childcare, mental health, or paraprofessional experience a plus
• Passion: A love for working with children, especially with autism spectrum disorder
• Other: Reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check, commitment to diversity and inclusion

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children aged 2 to 7 in a clinical or center-based environment using ABA techniques
• Implement and track progress on therapeutic goals, collect data, and engage in developmental activities
• Foster a positive environment with play, movement, singing, reading, and more to support learning
• Communicate progress with families and supervisors and share feedback
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy space
