Fraser is seeking individuals in the Applied Behavior Analysis- Positive Behavior Supports program to conduct sessions with children, adolescents, and their caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with individuals (under age 21) and their caregivers, develop and implement proactive, person-centered treatment plans for individuals to build new skills and address challenging behaviors utilizing the principles of positive behavior support, applied behavior analysis, and person-centered practices.
- Provide assessments and intervention with caregivers and the individual.
- Work with parents and caregivers to create nurturing environments in support of targeted changes in the behavior of their children. This includes supporting parents and caregivers using behavioral skills training to develop capacity in problem solving, teaching, data collection, and data-based decision-making in pursuit of their children developing new skills and reducing challenging behavior.

- In a Masters Program for ABA. Completed MA degree with intent to pursue your BCBA.
- Ability to pass DHS background check.
- Reliable transportation.
