Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No experience is required, and paid training is provided to help you begin applying evidence-based interventions.

You will record data, support skill development, and work closely with families and the clinical team to optimize treatment outcomes. A 6-month commitment and a 40-hour RBT course are required before starting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
