Job summary

ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or home-based settings. You will reinforce positive behaviors and track progress using iPad data systems, collaborating with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.

The role requires patience, empathy, and strong communications with children and caregivers. A High school diploma or GED is required, and familiarity with tablet-based technology is helpful.

• Sound judgment in dynamic situations.
• A desire for a meaningful, hands-on career.
• Experience with children is a plus (camp counselor, nanny, etc.).

Responsibilities
