Job summary

ACES is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in our centers or home-based settings.

You will reinforce positive behaviors, track progress on an iPad, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth. The role starts part-time, about 15 hours per week, with opportunities to add hours based on demand. A paid training program and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Enrolled or completed one college course (Trade/Tech School applicable).
• Experience working with children is a plus, including roles like camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, or childcare volunteer.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using ABA techniques from our training program.
• Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.
