Job summary

ACES is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or home settings, supporting children’s communication, social, and problem‑solving skills with evidence-based ABA techniques. You will track progress via an iPad and collaborate closely with families and supervisors to optimize growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism.
• Comfort using tablet-based technology.
• Reliable transportation, in-state driver’s license, and active car insurance.
• Availability during times most needed by families.
• Commitment to completing our paid virtual training program.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or in-home settings.
