Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Enrolled or completed one college course (Trade/Tech School applicable).
• A passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism.
• Comfort using tablet-based technology.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance.
• Availability during times most needed by families.
• Commitment to completing our paid virtual RBT training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or home-based settings.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using training techniques.
• Track client progress using a company-issued iPad.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support child growth.
