Job summary

ACES ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children who have autism. You’ll reinforce positive behaviors, track progress with data systems on an iPad, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.

The role offers paid training and a clear path for career advancement. We offer competitive pay, a $1/hour raise after the first year, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for RBT-certified candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children is a plus.
• Comfort with tablet-based technology.

Responsibilities
