Qualifikationen

• Minimum typing speed of 35 net words per minute (nwpm) and will be verified prior to employment.
• Must successfully pass Criticall test prior to hire or promotion date.

Aufgaben

• Receive and evaluate 911 calls for police, fire, and medical assistance.
• Dispatch calls and messages for Police, Fire/Medical emergency services.
• Maintain radio contact with mobile units.
• Enter data into a computer as it is being received.
• Provide emergency first aid or CPR instructions when appropriate.
