Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring an entry-level Operator to support production lines with attention to safety and quality. You’ll operate and monitor equipment, load and adjust machinery, and perform basic troubleshooting while following SOPs and cGMP.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This 3rd shift position includes a $3/hour differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned
