Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Operator to power the world’s beloved brands by delivering quality, care, and consistency across our products. You’ll lead in complex manufacturing tasks and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role supports our Kitchen Department and emphasizes teamwork, respect, and excellence. The position involves 3rd shift, with onboarding and a structured 4–5 day program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards.
• Operate automated systems using Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology.
• Perform in-process checks and quality inspections.
• Accurately scale and measure ingredients.
• Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
