The role involves learning to set up, run, and troubleshoot high-speed inserting equipment while following production specs to ensure quality, and coordinating with teammates to meet deadlines.

The position offers a day shift, a base pay of $15.50–$18.00 per hour, and a $500 sign-on bonus. Benefits include vacation, insurance options, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to read and follow detailed job specifications and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic math skills for measuring and counting.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run, and troubleshoot high-speed inserting equipment under the guidance of experienced operators.
• Read job tickets and follow production specs to make sure every piece meets quality standards.
• Work as part of a team to hit production deadlines.
• Progress through a structured training path toward independent machine operation.
