Job summary

Collins Aerospace Carbon Operations in Spokane, WA is seeking an entry-level Furnace Deck Operator I to support carbon-brake production. You will handle loading, unloading and monitoring high-temperature furnaces, working with cranes and forklifts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate furnaces and monitor carbon deposition processes.
• Load/unload, maintain and troubleshoot furnace equipment.
• Adhere to EH&S regulations and safety protocols.
• Follow SOPs to ensure product quality and process integrity.
• Use basic computer skills for data entry and monitoring.
• Lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
