Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Experienced Entry Door Installer in Houston, TX. You will install doors and hardware, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold quality workmanship in a team-based setting.

Experience with automatic doors, access control, glazing, closers, or hollow metal is a plus. You will work in both shop and job-site environments, with a strong emphasis on safety and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Able to safely lift 100 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install hardware on a wide range of commercial entry doors in shop and field settings.
• Repair, adjust, replace, or troubleshoot issues with doors and hardware.
• Communicate progress and challenges to Install Supervisor.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Install hardware on a wide range of commercial entry doors in both a shop and field/job-site setting
• Repair, adjust, replace, and/or troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware
• Communicate progress and challenges to Install Supervisor
• Always operate in a safety conscious manner
• Other responsibilities as assigned
