Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant machining experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: machining certificate or diploma from a technical school or NIMS credentials.
• Sign-offs: completed workcenter qualification cards on all machines.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC turning and machining-center work, load tooling, and establish offsets.
• Verify first article against prints and maintain tolerances.
• Inspect parts with micrometers and gauges and record results.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and stop to correct drift or tool wear.
• Support fellow machinists and follow safety and quality procedures.
