Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes, tire maintenance, and install batteries and shocks.

Road test duties ensure safety and quality of service. Qualified applicants have basic mechanical aptitude and a valid driver’s license; automotive service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.
• Experience in automotive service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and service tires, batteries, shock absorbers, and inspect electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and safety.
