Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform oil changes and tire maintenance, and road test vehicles as part of a collaborative team.

Full and part-time benefits are available from day one, including a tool program and ASE certifications. This position requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to learn mechanical tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems (brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, electrical).
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
• Install tires, batteries, shock absorbers, and inspect electrical systems.
