Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of related experience in program management, higher education administration, entrepreneurship programming, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
• Interest in entrepreneurship, venture capital, and the startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and improve Lang Center co-curricular programming for students and alumni.
• Oversee day-to-day support for selected curricular initiatives and coordinate with faculty and offices.
• Manage program logistics, communications, and operational workflows for assigned programs.
• Track participation, outcomes, and satisfaction; synthesize feedback to improve offerings.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
