Ball State University’s Miller College of Business seeks an Entrepreneurship Center Director to lead the entrepreneurship programs with a clear vision, expand partnerships, and drive curricular innovation in collaboration with academia and industry.

The role, based on campus in Muncie, Indiana, offers a path to tenure or non-tenure track appointments and opportunities to shape regional economic growth through student engagement, community outreach, and fundraising.

Qualificações

• Earned Master's degree from an AACSB-accredited institution in Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience leading entrepreneurship programs and building industry/community partnerships.
• Ability to teach and manage program logistics, coordinating with faculty and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Provide vision and leadership for entrepreneurship programs; define strategic direction and goals.
• Teach up to nine credit hours per fall/spring; courses may be on campus or online.
• Promote the entrepreneurship major/minor; mentor students; facilitate internships and experiential learning.
• Expand and sustain Entrepreneurship advisory board; lead fundraising and promotion efforts.
• Partner with Ball State Foundation to develop donor relationships and raise funds.
• Coordinate program logistics and day-to-day operations; collaborate with faculty and community partners.
• Conduct scholarly research and engage with the university to support regional economic development.
