Job summary

Syngenta Group's Golden Harvest Independent Seed Advisor program seeks self-motivated individuals who want to run their own seed business promoting Golden Harvest corn and soybeans to growers. As an independent advisor you will sell, distribute and service seed products with support from local and national Syngenta agronomy professionals.

This is not an offer of employment; independents are self-employed in partnership with Golden Harvest.

Qualifications

• Experience in seed sales and building customer relationships.
• Ability to develop territory and forecast sales.
• Experience promoting seed products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plans and offers to target customers.
• Create demand at the customer level and educate about Golden Harvest products.
• Act as a steward of the Syngenta portfolio and provide recommendations in collaboration with Agronomy.
• Recommend product placement to improve customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales, profit and market share targets within the territory.
• Collect and report market intelligence and value chain insights.
• Develop your assigned territory through new farmer accounts.
