Qualifications

• Obtain required state insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Prospect and generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Set and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Develop customized insurance proposals and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Achieve new business production goals and objectives set by Farm Bureau Financial Services.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to provide service, answer questions, and address evolving needs.
• Comply with all regulatory and company standards, including background checks and ethical guidelines.
• Leverage a personal network, including a Project 150 list, to jumpstart business development efforts.
