Qualifikationen

• Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is required or pursued.

• Obtain required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives.
• Generate new business through lead sources, including telephone outreach and networking.
• Set appointments with prospective clients to assess their insurance and financial service needs.
• Develop customized insurance proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
• Close sales effectively and provide ongoing client support.
• Maintain a contact list to initiate client outreach and kick-start business growth.
• Advocate for the financial well-being of community members by identifying risks and recommending coverage.
