Jaggers Restaurant Careers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to lead all facets of restaurant operations in Louisville, KY. You will ensure fresh food and exceptional service while driving sales, costs, and staff development.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, policy compliance, inventory management, and partnership with store vendors and support center contacts to uphold Jaggers’ core values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multifaceted restaurant operation.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and budgets.
• Strong hiring, training, and performance coaching skills.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with all employment policies with the management team.
• Direct and schedule the management team and assign responsibilities to Restaurant Managers.
• Oversee performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions for management.
• Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly staff.
• Manage weekly and monthly P&L and cost controls.
• Plan inventories, budgets, and supplier relationships.
• Oversee food and labor cost controls and market trends.
• Lead sales and labor planning and local marketing efforts.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across the restaurant and staff.
