Northwestern Mutual is seeking a financially motivated individual to start as a financial representative and, over time, become a licensed financial advisor who builds a personal practice and earns through a performance-based compensation structure.

You will complete licenses (Life/Health, SIE, Series 6/7/63) with company support and access a comprehensive training curriculum designed to help you acquire clients, develop holistic financial plans, and grow your business within a national advisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions to be a business owner.
• History of success in relationship‑building or client‑facing roles.
• Excellent time‑management skills.
• Desire for continuous learning and collaboration.
